This hotel was built in 1922. We enjoyed staying a true antique over 100 years old. Bed and Breakfast feel. Had a King Room with sitting area and comfy bedding and a Balcony overlooking bustling Park Ave. If you love people watching and cruising Lamborghinis and Ferraris passing by this is your place. My husband had a business meeting at Church Street station and took the train a block away. Very convenient. No need for a car, restaurants and shops are just outside your door. I went to the Fresh Farmers Market across the park on Saturday morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. We visited the Morse Museum on Friday and did Palm Sunday at St. Margaret Mary Church down the block. We'll be back!

Perfect Location and balcony right along the main street allowed for great full moon and people watching. Close to everything. Historic building. Free Coffee station. Farmer’s Market in the park. Everything is walkable. Park was lit up in holiday lights with lovely classic Xmas music. Fabulous restaurants. Take a drive around the nearby neighborhoods to see beautiful homes. Down the street from Rollins College.

The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of the Winter Park historic district. The charm and character of this older hotel were also great. Manage your expectations...it's an old building. But that's part of what makes is charming. The balcony room was also a must have. We sat on the porch most afternoons drinking a glass of wine and watching the comings and goings below.

Location, ambiance, the lobby, the comfy bed and sheets. Thank you for having AC. Loved the balcony and garden hanging there. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Near all the great restaurants and walking distance to the boat tour and Morse museum—which is one of the best museums I’ve been to.

The location and historic aspect of the hotel was lovely. All of the old furniture and paintings on the wall are beautiful and done very well. The hotel creates a historic aspect which is very cool considering the location. The staff also assists you with almost every specific need.
